Do Your Homework

BuyatAuction.com will have scheduled open houses so you may inspect the property prior to auction. Remember that our seller warrants that all-mechanical equipment at the residence will be in good working order at settlement. i.e. heating and air system, appliances, pool-spa all when applicable. Other Auction Companies might offer the property "as is where is", with no implied warranties. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please ask before the auction.
Arrange for Financing Prior to the Auction
Since the purchase agreement is not contingent upon the buyer obtaining financing, we encourage bidders to contact their lender or our recommended lender. Our recommended lender is noted within the Auction Bid Packet and can pre-approve you prior to the auction at no cost.
