While the terms are exact, you need to remember that the seller, the under bidder and auctioneer have faith that the High Bidder will proceed to settlement. BuyatAuction.com will assist the high bidder with every task associated with this Real Estate transaction. i.e. mortgages, settlement attorney, survey, etc.

Do Your Homework

The buy@auction.com® Representative will provide to you any information they have about the property. BuyatAuction.com will have scheduled open houses so you may inspect the property prior to auction. Remember that our seller warrants that all-mechanical equipment at the residence will be in good working order at settlement. i.e. heating and air system, appliances, pool-spa all when applicable. Other Auction Companies might offer the property "as is where is", with no implied warranties. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please ask before the auction.

Arrange for Financing Prior to the Auction

Since the purchase agreement is not contingent upon the buyer obtaining financing, we encourage bidders to contact their lender or our recommended lender. Our recommended lender is noted within the Auction Bid Packet and can pre-approve you prior to the auction at no cost.

The Seller is motivated to sell and the auctioneer will provide the environment for you to bid what you believe the property is worth.
