How To Bid
With fairness to all bidders, you must demonstrate your ability to adhere to the posted Terms and Conditions. This will require one of the following;
- Meet with one of our Approved Lenders who are familiar with our auction process and the r eal property you have interest in.
A. Our Lenders will provide you market rate financing and all initial application fees will be waived.
B. Our Lenders will supply you based on your ability, a Qualification Letter for a maximum Loan Amount which will enable you to Purchase through the buyAtauction process.
C. Our Lenders will forward this notification to buyAtauction which will register you. An email will be sent to you with an access code allowing you to Bid on line.
- Meet with your Lender who will need to supply buyAtauction a Qualification Letter in your name. Once buyAtauction accepts, buyAtauction will Register you and email you an access code allowing you to Bid on line. When using your lender, you may be asked to post a disclosed Refundable Deposit with the Identified Escrow / Title Company for this event.
- CASH Buyer or without a Mortgage Qualification Letter you will be required to post the Minimum Deposit with our Identified Escrow/Title Company for this event. Please see our On Site Auction Representative for those details. Once your Refundable deposit has been posted, you will then be registered and an access code will be emailed to you.
